1. Rental Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and AllStar Moonwalks ("Company"). By placing a reservation, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to be responsible for the safe and lawful use of all rented equipment.
2. Bookings & Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by AllStar Moonwalks. We reserve the right to decline any booking. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written or electronic confirmation from us. Booking dates and times are subject to change based on delivery logistics.
3. Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of delivery. We accept major credit/debit cards and cash. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of your deposit.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event forfeit the entire deposit. No refunds are issued for early pickup requests or unused rental time.
5. Weather Cancellation & Raincheck Policy
AllStar Moonwalks monitors weather closely. If sustained winds exceed 15 mph, or if we determine conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or delay delivery. In the event of a weather cancellation initiated by AllStar Moonwalks, the Customer will receive a raincheck credit equal to the full amount paid, valid for 12 months. No cash refunds are issued for weather cancellations. Customers who choose to cancel due to weather against our recommendation may be subject to the standard cancellation policy.
6. Safety Requirements
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide constant adult supervision (18+) at all times while equipment is in use
- Limit occupancy to the maximum capacity posted on each unit
- Not allow food, drinks, gum, or silly string inside inflatables
- Not allow shoes, glasses, sharp objects, or jewelry inside inflatables
- Deflate and turn off equipment during adverse weather (rain, lightning, high winds)
- Not allow flips, rough play, or unsafe behavior inside inflatables
- Keep all stakes and anchor lines clear of foot traffic
7. Setup Area Requirements
The Customer is responsible for ensuring a suitable setup area prior to delivery. Requirements include:
- A flat, level surface free of rocks, debris, and sprinkler heads
- Sufficient space per unit dimensions (provided at booking)
- Access to a standard 110V/20-amp electrical outlet within 100 feet
- Access to a water source for water slides
- Clear driveway access for delivery trucks
If the setup area is deemed unsafe or unsuitable upon arrival, AllStar Moonwalks reserves the right to refuse setup without refund.
8. Damage & Liability
The Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Damage charges will be assessed at replacement cost. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AllStar Moonwalks, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the use of rental equipment, except those caused by our negligence. AllStar Moonwalks carries general liability insurance.
9. Delivery & Pickup
AllStar Moonwalks will deliver and setup equipment within the agreed delivery window. Pickup times may vary based on scheduling. Please ensure the equipment is secured and supervised until our team arrives for pickup. We are not responsible for damage or incidents that occur during unsupervised periods after your event ends.
10. Multi-Day Rentals
Multi-day rentals are available at our discretion and subject to availability. The Customer remains responsible for the equipment throughout the rental period, including overnight storage. Equipment must be secured or deflated when not in use. Additional fees may apply for extended rentals.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the AllStar Moonwalks website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AllStar Moonwalks and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllStar Moonwalks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the rental of equipment shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the applicable rental.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
